If I could give a lower review, I would. I purchased a new Cadillac 7/10/23. It’s now 9/1 and it is still not registered. The registry has no record of the car, and my temp tags are expired. The sales manager, Michelle, who is extremely rude, advised me to drive it on expired tags, and that it is fine. My insurance will not cover me if the cars not registered, and if stopped, the car will be towed, impounded for 10-days, and I will be fined. My experience at Dimmit Cadillac of Clearwater was superb. Shawn, along with the rest of the staff was courteous and fulfilled the service on my car above and beyond my expectations. Having experienced a bad experience at a competing dealer, I was completely satisfied. As Shawn kept me updated regularly, and as promised, he would return calls in a timely manner. Demmitt Automotive Group is excellent in many ways. Not only did Shawn Burns meet my deadline and he kept me updated as to the status in a very timely manner. I would recommend them for service for your automobile and I promise you will be pleased. Crest Cadillac at first seemed like a great place but that aside They sold me a car advertised as having been in no accidents, but it was, then they said they’d buy it back but didn’t really want to so they then offered to fix it properly (. You could see runs in the paint under certain light and the truck was shedding broken glass inside from a previously smashed side and or rear window. ) They reimbursed me 600.00 which I had spent on fixing the wheels myself, and then were supposed to replace and oaint corrent all traces ... read more

We recently bought a 2023 Escalade Sport. We were lied to about rear entertainment being the same as originals , got some cheap knock off ones. The management team did not want to refund the money even though they were at fault, said that they already had paid for the aftermarket screens and did not make it right for us. We were always assured it would be the originals screens therefore we did not ask no further questions. If aftermarket was never mentioned that wouldve of been a deal breaker for us. Let me start this review off by saying that I was an internet buyer, so the experience in person may be different. However, I found a car that I knew I wanted and I reached out to contact suburban. This was where it started to seem a little sketchy and scammy. I receive messages to bring my Escalades in for service but whenever I call to set up appointments I'm always told they do not offer loaner cars anymore nor do they provide nearby car rental places at their location. That makes it difficult when I live over 30 miles away. So I stopped calling. Now I need someone to explain to me the reasoning behind what happened this past week. I hate taking my car in for service at this dealership- I feel there are always issues when I book with them. The latest is a miscommunication that wasted 1.5 hours of my morning because the agent that booked my service did not delay my booking for a loaner vehicle; after which, my service on my car then had to be delayed because I need a loaner vehicle.
