I ask for a price on a 2018 Escalade and I waste my time sending them pictures of my trade and the guy calls back and says he can’t beat the deal I’m working on a 17 and I’m like I wanted a price on a 18 and he’s like have a good day. What a freaking run around and waste of time. Trust me you’re better off At a small town dealership they apparently can give better prices on 17’s and will at least quote you on a 18.
Buyer beware – do not shop at Cadillac of South Charlotte, unless you want to spend MONTHS arguing with them about money that they know (and admit) is owed back to you, as the dealership plays repeated “bait and switch” games with signed documents. My family made the trip from Myrtle Beach to Pineville after finding a great vehicle online. We had our children with us through the entire afternoon and their kids play area made it surprisingly pleasant! The entire staff were very accommodating, and the dealership is absolutely spotless. Excellent service. Great place for maintenance and repair for your Cadillac. Also purchased a CPO Escalade through this dealership a year and a half ago. Very easy process. Competitive price. We love the car.
I do love this place! A little glitch today with something I had repaired, but they are so helpful and accommodating. Thank you to Sean and Steve (and everyone else) in the service department. Highly recommend this dealership!
