I came and got my oil changed. Dominic seen that I had a few recalls and he got them done for me within 1 hour. I mean from past experiences a oil change would take at least 3hrs. But since they hired a new team I can tell the difference in service quality. Keep up the great work and i will definitely be back to get my vehicle service by Dominic. Dominic is a great addition hope he stays there for the long haul. Great work Prestige
Service manager Mike Chernow was terrible, how does he still have a job. Work on my car was subpar at best. I took my car to a real Dealership and found that the work done was damaging. I will never ever take any car there again. Beware!

Distrustful!!! We had a deal on a used vehicle at Cavender Cadillac in San Antonio. The sales person, Johnny V, even sent us a completed invoice. My 85 year old father accompanied me from Austin to San Antonio to pick up the car. When we arrived we found out that the car had been sold to another buyer who came in after we had made a deal. They didsn’t even call us when we were in route, even after Johnny V knew what our ETA was to purchase the car. This is my 3rd Cadillac car in 10 years and it will be my last. The service has gone downhill so far it is impossible to consider them for another car. You cannot give enough time to schedule your day if end up having to go there. An oil change takes 1.5 hours because they don't touch your car for 30 minutes even though you make an appointment days in advance. They do not reset life sensors so after they replace a filter you keep getting error messages to keep you having to make appointments. They literally did not touch my ... read more
