1AD is a terrible, terrible system that wastes time and takes advantage of the customer. The manager there at the time (sorry, don't remember his name) was a complete jerk and we ended up complaining to corporate about his rude and flippant behavior. Find another dealer, you won't regret it.

I was in the market for a SUV when we stopped by Cadillac so South Charlotte. I knew I wanted to drive different brands of cars. I was shocked when the salesman took us to 3 other sister dealerships for me to drive each car that I wanted to drive. JERRY KATES was my salesman, there were no hassles and the purchase was easy.
