I was watching this beautiful 2003 Buick Park Ave Ultra for over two weeks. I went down to the dealership, yesterday, and there it was, the prettiest car you could lay your eyes on. I was greeted by a nice gentlemen, named of Edward Portello, salemen. I was hard on him at first, because I wasn't able to get the where abouts of the car. .In my 60 years of driving, this has been one of the best, if not the best, buying experiences that I have had. Joe Tomasello was friendly, very helpful and patient. The management folks that I came in contact with were great. I have used this dealership's service department for the better part of the last six years and have never had a complaint. We are now enjoying our new 2017 XT5 and loving it.
Very nice, friendly and excellent service department. Beautiful dealership. Very happy with all of our service. Of course a Cadillac requires very little service. Just well baby check ups. Their hamburgers and grill is also fantastic. Will most definitely buy next Cadillac from them also
