Didn’t return call and when did hung up to give appearance of call. Didn’t was my car, which is a standard service in my experience. Handed me the service paper but didn’t explain what was done or if I had questions. This is same site I called and asked about getting a replacement key and they never called back
They had my Cadillac convertible for almost 4 weeks and service advisor never call me what's going on. Worst customer service I ever had. I already reached out to you but your service advisor just don't care. All I wanted was if there is delay then update me what is going on. But no one seem to care at Cadillac of Portland.
