This is my 3rd Cadillac car in 10 years and it will be my last. The service has gone downhill so far it is impossible to consider them for another car. You cannot give enough time to schedule your day if end up having to go there. An oil change takes 1.5 hours because they don't touch your car for 30 minutes even though you make an appointment days in advance.
