This is my 3rd Cadillac car in 10 years and it will be my last. The service has gone downhill so far it is impossible to consider them for another car. You cannot give enough time to schedule your day if end up having to go there. An oil change takes 1.5 hours because they don't touch your car for 30 minutes even though you make an appointment days in advance. It seems like they are a bunch of swindlers!!! I drop my car off after Paul the service guy told me that they had an app. @ 1 I asked him could I drop my car around 7:30 in the morning. BEWARE OF FINACE!!! If you care about your credit score BEWARE. I had near perfect credit. I had awesome credit. The finance department pulled my credit at 8 different banks. No need to do that at all!! F——G LUDICROUS. tanked my credit score. This willl take me years to recover. !!!!
