This service department is the absolute best!!! I trust Jose and his team explicitly. They have never steered me wrong, tried to overcharge or suggest work that doesn't need to be done. I always leave feeling safe and cared for and never taken advantage of. Jose has repeatedly gone above and beyond to diagnose weird noises or smells, takes my concerns about my vehicle seriously and never makes me feel stupid or like a pest. Jeff was an excellent service advisor for our Escalade. He was understanding and he and his tech/team went above and beyond to diagnose the issues on the truck.
