Had a great experience with the Sales Dept when I bought my truck, but have had a terrible experience with the Service Dept. Bought my truck with a bumper-to-bumper warranty. A couple weeks later I noticed the adaptive cruise control and wiper rain sensors weren't working. It took the Service Dept 2 weeks to diagnose/fix the rain sensor, and never really figured out what was wrong with the adaptive cruise control.
