How is this place an authorized Cadillac service center? Is this what has become of the Cadillac brand? The service is ridiculously expensive, and then without disclosing in advance, they charge an extra 3% for using a credit card. What do you want people to do? Bring in thousands of dollars in cash? It took weeks to get the title for me car. People processing my car seemed to be very inexperienced.
They are easy to deal with
Within weeks of buying our new 23 escalade we started having problems. They were small issues so we figured we would wait till the warranty was getting near it's end and address everything at once. Fast forward a year and the sunroof now leaks, we have since been trying to get it in for repairs for 3-4 months now and we're told they don't have loaner vehicles available yet.
