I had an issue with my 25' XT5. I took it in to my favorite Service Advisor Livie "LEE" Gault to resolve. He did exactly that in a timely manner. He kept me updated on what was happening. Explained the issue throughly and returned it to me clean. When you take care of your customers with a GREAT attitude this information is shared happily with others. This kind of service is hard to come by. Thank you "Lee" and Cadillac for taking care of me and my vehicle. ❤️🦊
My experience with Cadillac of Memphis was an A+! My first call to inquire about a car was with Raquel Foster and she was amazing. She connected us with the best salesman. Excellent service and care was received today at Cadillac of Memphis when compared to other dealerships. The service advisor Lee Gault was very courteous and quick to assist. The hospitality of the admins there was commendable. Would 100% recommend Cadillac of memphis for your service needs.
Keith Dial is an exceptionally knowledgeable salesman. Will work with him again. The only reason I didnt give a 5 star rating because prior to trading I had an XT6 in their shop and it was there over a month. And another time service fixed the dashliner and the salesman pointed out at trade the dashliner would need replacing again.
