I like Cadillac of Memphis because their service department is great, specially the service advisor, Lee. He is very courteous, knowledgeable, and quick to assist. When I turned my car in for a service, he always keeps me informed the status. When a part needs to be ordered, he calls to let me know an estimate time for my car picking up and then inform me when it's ready for picking up. EXCEEDED ALL EXPECTATIONS — DEFINITELY GIVE THEM A CHANCE When my wife’s Cadillac experienced some major issues, we had roadside service drop it off at the dealership after hours. After reading some of the reviews here, I honestly almost had it towed to a dealership in Arkansas instead. Something told me to give them a chance, and I’m very glad I did. I always take my truck back to this location for service as this is where I purchased it 5 years ago. The service department has been consistently helpful over the 5 years with professional service, reliability and great service. Will (Wilmar), is the main service rep., that I reach out to and he is always courteous and helpful. I greatly appreciate the service department and will continue to have my truck serviced at this location. Keep up the great work!
They kept car for 14 days just for a computer update that never happened. People were very nice. Been driving Cadillacs for over 50 years. Absolute worst service ever. Zero star was not available.
