I don’t write reviews often, but today warranted it. I am not a customer, but I had plans to become one. I visited their lot today to test drive a Lyriq because it’s by far the vehicle that I’m most interested in for my next purchase. Dropped off a vehicle March 31,2025 for repair , everyday we are consistently being lied to about when it will be complete. We go back and forth daily with staff and no-one is on the same page. We have been consistently bringing this vehicle to the dealership barely at the 10,000 mile mark with the same issue. The vehicle is currently in a "we don't know when parts will come in status" Staff tells corporate 1 thing and tells us another until you have to face them face to face to get the truth.
