It was a great experience with Keith Dial, a knowledgeable and friendly salesman, at Cadillac of Memphis who took great care to listen to what I needed and wanted. This is why I drove off Cadillac lot this week with an Escalade and a Smile! Keith drove to my place of work with the Escalade because I could not leave. I was able to test drive it and work out details right on the spot. He even drove me to my bank to transfer money on our way back to the dealership for final papers. Service is poor. There Are no loaner vehicles. Completion takes in excess of 30 days.
Every time I bring my Cadillac truck here something goes wrong! From tire sensors, check engine lights, and window malfunction. I will never bring my truck back here,
Extremely disappointing experience. I had high hopes coming into this dealership, but the customer service was shockingly poor from the start. The staff was unresponsive, unhelpful, and seemed more interested in rushing through the process than actually assisting me. What made things worse was the dishonesty during pricing negotiations. SCAM ALERT — Beware of This Dealership! We agreed and initialed a paper showing a $60,713 out-the-door price. But when it was time to sign the final contract, the numbers didn’t match — they tried to rush us to sign before we could catch the changes. When we slowed down to review, the representative lost his temper (cough cough Man Child) and tried to confuse us with misleading explanations.
