I had an excellent experience at Cadillac of Mahwah. Paul, Deanna, and the whole team made the process quick and painless — I was in and out in about an hour with my new Escalade. ok so I had a glowing review but they really didn't top off fluids at all I mean not the end of the world but with that said everything else is super nice there. anyway: Just stopped in for an oil change but the staff was very friendly and their garage was "Penske clean".
I went to another Cadillac dealer first and the experience wasn’t good I couldn’t even get a price for a car. Then I came here and the staff were very nice and helpful. Big difference, and I’m glad I chose this location.
Very disappointed with the service I received today had an appointment to bring my car in for service and some issues I have in my vehicle, as soon as I walked in Jhon the person knowing that I made the appointment more than 3 weeks and they only have one loner car and was with a light on the dash and we can’t give it to you. and when I made the appointment I specific requested for a loaner car because I need it to come to work they said next available appointment is on September 3rd no problem note 3 weeks a go after I made... read more
