I had work done at Cadillac of Lanier, and told them specifically not to put new tires on - they did so and billed me. I told them the non-start issue was not the battery as I had fully charged it and it was under warranty and if it did prove problematic then I would take it back to where I bought it for a free replacement. They replaced the battery and billed me for it when the starting issue was traced to a fuse box and not the battery failing. Tech found the problem to be a connection issue at under hood fuse block after removing and reinstalling fuse block car started to run. Customer was advised that car may need under hood fuse block and that part is discontinued though General Motors. During inspection tech found numerous other issues that needed to be addressed on the vehicle one of which was replacing all 4 tires due to age and wear. Customer approved and paid for all repairs needed to vehicle including tire replacement.
I thoroughly enjoyed working with the dealer who sold me my car he listened to my needs and showed me the car that met all of my expectations perfectly. He gave me his undivided attention and goes down as the best car salesman I have ever met! Awesome car buying experience!
I purchased a vehicle from this dealership and was informed that I could take advantage of their referral program, if anyone that I referred to the dealership purchased a new car, I would receive $100 or $300 for a used car. I told my daughter about the dealer that sold me my car and she contacted him. It resulted in a used car purchase from the dealership.
