This review is specific to Cadillac and JACKSON SMITH. The saga began back in March, My Escalade that I purchased brand new had around 18k miles on it and I brought it in for an oil change. They stated my pads needed to be replaced and they wanted to REPLACE one rotor and MACHINE THE OTHER (I have text proof). So non-matching rotors, super professional for a six figure car. We traveled up from San Diego to Cadillac of Laguna Niguel to purchase a vehicle and initially worked with a salesman who, unfortunately, wasn’t very helpful when it came to understanding the car or working out a deal that felt fair to both sides.
