Sent my wife in for a nail in the tire. Upon arrival we found that the lug key was missing. The service tech tried his best to remove them without cutting the lugs but was unsuccessful. They got them cut off, replaced and the tire plugged. The tech also notice that the oil needed to be changed. I agreed to the oil change and also a detail. The service tech along with Mr. Hill were very friendly and helpful.

This was my first experience with Cadillac of Jackson and it was one of the best experiences I have ever had buying a car. There was no pressure from my salesman, Nekki Sims, who was responsive to my questions, but not pushy like some car salesman. The process of negotiating a sales price was very quick and not a long drawn out process. Highly recommend you pay Cadillac of Jackson a visit and ask for Nekki Sims.

Very disappointed at the service department I never leave reviews, but I must say this place tried to rip me a new one they informed me it was going to cost me $1,000 to change my front and back brakes I understand I bought a luxury car, but that don’t mean Rip people off trying to keep good maintenance on their vehicle. Called the dealership that I work nearby in Jackson, Tn. They told me $420 for changing out the brakes and that is also resurfacing brakes included.
