We drove 90 minutes to this dealership on the morning of Friday, January 30, to look at two Cadillacs. We were there an hour without ever seeing a single sales person or being asked if we needed help. We eventually left, taking it as a sign to think it over. I purchased a 2025 Cadillac Escalade for my business, clearly stating it was for commercial use. The sales and finance team promised commercial registration—but they registered it as personal, which makes it unusable for my company. They also failed to disclose the lender didn’t support commercial loans. This is serious misrepresentation, and they have refused to fix the issue. Now I’m forced to take legal action. Avoid this dealership if you value honesty and professionalism.
Started with a problem left with a 300 dollar bill and still had the same problem. Will not return will take my Cadillac to Wittmeier from now on.
Great customer service but I work for a tow company and not being able to drop vehicles off in the middle of the night is a hassle. There’s a drop off section but I guess not for night drop offs because gates are always closed
