I purchased a 2025 Cadillac Escalade for my business, clearly stating it was for commercial use. The sales and finance team promised commercial registration—but they registered it as personal, which makes it unusable for my company. They also failed to disclose the lender didn’t support commercial loans. This is serious misrepresentation, and they have refused to fix the issue. Now I’m forced to take legal action. Avoid this dealership if you value honesty and professionalism.
Started with a problem left with a 300 dollar bill and still had the same problem. Will not return will take my Cadillac to Wittmeier from now on.
Great customer service but I work for a tow company and not being able to drop vehicles off in the middle of the night is a hassle. There’s a drop off section but I guess not for night drop offs because gates are always closed
Excellent experience. Our 2020 XT5's thermostat failed last Friday, I was near Chico Cadillac, so I pulled in to the service bay. I immediately had a service agent, Lori, taking care of me and my wife. The car was checked in and we were given a loaner, a brand new Suberu. By the end of the day we were told that the car needed a new thermostat and they would be able to work on it on Monday, and that the work would be covered by the drive train warranty.
