Had to have a dash component rebuilt. Dropped it off so they could send it out. Was surprised to hear back in just a day. Norman the parts guy is great.
Great customer service/sales representative experience! BUTTTT bought a used Toyota Rav4 off them it came with a sticker on the window that was a checklist saying everything was great (oil,brakes,tires etc.) I Checked my oil with 2000k+ of oil life left and the oil looked like thick coffee it was that dirty. So not only did they never check/change the oil before it was sold they have the balls to offer ''free"oil changes that service department never did the first time.
