Was absolutely horrible. I went to Spearfish and bought my Cadillac Escalade. They were great,it was worth the drive to be treated so well. The person in Billings acted like he didn't want to help us. Said he didn't have anything maybe I should get a Yukon it's the same thing. That is like telling someone that wants a t - bone ohhh we don't have it but here is a day old McDonald's cheese burger. My husband and I were both very insulted by the way we were treated. Terrible customer service.
Do not get your Oil change from these guys!!!!!!
This dealership is absolutely amazing, I came for an oil change and didn’t notice my wiper blade was missing, if they replaced it totally free of charge. I definitely recommend going here for anything. Jonah is absolutely amazing. He will help you with whatever you need and the people are so nice And they make sure you’re taken care of.
Got some warranty work on my XT5. The whole experience was the best I could have asked for. They got the vehicle in and out very quickly and they didn't try to wiggle out of the warranty or up sale me. It was a pleasure to work with Patrick and the technician Ryan was very friendly and answered all my questions when I picked it up. Will definitely be going back for any future service needs even after my warranty expires.
