Jonah in service is top knotch. I bought an Escalade out of Colorado & when it was delivered to me it had a bad torque converter & ended up needing a new transmission. Jonah coordinated with the warranty company & the dealership in Colorado that I bought it from to make sure parts & repairs were covered. Great communication throughout the whole process. Very happy.
Terrible service, deceitful promises. We bought a brand new 2026 Cadillac Escalade and from the get go there was promises made that didn’t happen. Paperwork was wrong, invoice was wrong, we were told the paperwork was mailed two different times and it wasn’t. There are hidden “mandatory” charges, high paperwork fees, and down right unprofessional communications. Avoid at all costs. When selling a $135k vehicle, anyone would expect something that resembles more than a pawn shop mentality.
