I purchased an Escalade from Cadillac of Bentonville and it was delivered to me with a broken A/C despite it being a certified car. We live 4 hours away and I’ve had it two days and haven’t been able to drive it because it is currently in the shop. I am very disappointed.
I highly recommend this dealership! Everyone was extremely friendly and professional! I had my 3 kids with me and they were so good with them! This was truly the best experience I have ever had purchasing a car! I will definitely be back!
