I have taken my Cadillac more than 4 times for the same problem and they still do not find the problem. You can no longer trust the Dealers. They promise a lot and do not fulfill anything. The prestige of this country is in the hands of supposed professional and certified mechanics and they do not solve anything. But if they charge large invoices
Not a great experience at all—highly disappointed. I took my car in for a diagnostic, and they identified the issue as a faulty LED tail light. I ordered and replaced the part as advised, but it did not fix the problem. I brought the car back and explained that the issue was still not resolved. They then found a different issue, which they repaired successfully—but they refused to take any responsibility for their initial misdiagnosis. I just purchased a Cadillac Lyriq I got a great deal and absolutely love the car. I would definitely recommend doing business with Cadillac Lakeland!
Bought a new car there and have been to the service department one time to replace a spoiler that was coming off and they replaced it with a new one right away. I hope the service department will continue to do a good job. Good service is hard to find.
