Not a great experience at all—highly disappointed. I took my car in for a diagnostic, and they identified the issue as a faulty LED tail light. I ordered and replaced the part as advised, but it did not fix the problem. I brought the car back and explained that the issue was still not resolved. They then found a different issue, which they repaired successfully—but they refused to take any responsibility for their initial misdiagnosis. I just purchased a Cadillac Lyriq I got a great deal and absolutely love the car. I would definitely recommend doing business with Cadillac Lakeland!
Bought a new car there and have been to the service department one time to replace a spoiler that was coming off and they replaced it with a new one right away. I hope the service department will continue to do a good job. Good service is hard to find.
