The overall experience at Cadillac Ile-Perrot is more akin to what one might expect from a Porsche dealer, than a GM dealer. Not only is the quality of service absolutely impeccable, but the staff is extremely kind and knowledgable. If you have the pleasure of dealing with Brigitte in service, you'll quickly understand that this particular dealer goes above and beyond to deliver the high calibre of service that Cadillac originally stood for. Bruce has been absolutely horrible to deal with at Cadillac, for a simple lease transfer that usually takes a 3-5 days to be completed, it took over 2 months and he wasn’t able to communicate, answer every week once and can barely get anything done!
It seems wanting to buy a 100K vehicle isn't worth returning customer calls or even emailing them a quote. Terrible purchasing experience. It's as if the sales person doesn't even want to sell to me. Would have preferred buying local to me, but guess I will go elsewhere.
