I brought my 3-year-old son to the ER multiple times due to severe, ongoing abdominal pain. At home pain management did not work, he was in so much pain he was arching his back 24/7 to try to get comfortable. Letting out the most terrifying screams I have ever heard. In which I was told was an emergency. Great experience. Nurses and Dr were very nice. I was having trouble breathing and they got me seen right away.
If i could put zero stars i would this place is the biggest joke of a hospital. Don't bother calling if they give you medicine and it doesn't work.They will just make you come in AGAIN so they can chage you 1000$ again to do there job right the second time. When you refuse to pay the second time they will just hang up on you specially rylee from front desk these people are a joke and not a good joke. I sat in the waiting area for 2 hours everyone got to go ahead of me even though I was there first.and they said it was based on your vital signs.which is based of there opinion.i drove to traverse city and got right in
Came in with some very painful back issues from the person at the front desk to the MRI people I've had nothing but a great experience in this hospital everybody was friendly and courteous and seemed to care more than usual I had a great experience!
