Was actively passing a kidney stone that was 7mm, sat in the waiting room for over 4 hours all the while people were coming in getting seen, leaving, rinse and repeat
Got told by 2 nurses to get a ct scan cause I hit my head 4 days ago, have a headache that wont go away and then confusion at work. My doctors nurses and tc urgent care nurse told me to go in right away for a ct scan. Welll, so I go in. Got treated like I wasn’t being taken seriously. I had to take my wife here because she was in extreme pain from a 6 mm kidney stone. There was no one in the lobby waiting, so we were checked in and within 10 minutes got into the ER room. The ER doctor was friendly. The entire process took about 3 hours to get us in there and get a CAT scan and medication and checked out. So we were pretty happy with that. Took my son in for a bleeding mouth lac. They booked him in and stated he needed it stitches. Okay fine. Then proceeded to send my 2 year old and I back out to the waiting room for over 2 hours. I ended up calling the after hours clinics and getting him in faster there to be stitched up. You'd think they have 2 in and out rooms for people who don't need labs or anything but for people who have actual medical needs (such as stitches) and can be fixed up and on their way in less then a hour. Always thought they did okay. Till... Went to ER 7 and a half hours waiting to be seen. This seems to happen too often. This was June 2022. 18 plus months later I got a near 3k bill to tell me I had COVID. Even though they took their time sending it. You better pay ASAP. Bill is paid but won't go back. Can't afford bad service
