I sat in the waiting area for 2 hours everyone got to go ahead of me even though I was there first.and they said it was based on your vital signs.which is based of there opinion.i drove to traverse city and got right in
Came in with some very painful back issues from the person at the front desk to the MRI people I've had nothing but a great experience in this hospital everybody was friendly and courteous and seemed to care more than usual I had a great experience!

After just having had a VERY unsatisfactory experience at the Urgent Care, I went next door to the ER. I was in quickly, and they immediately started performing tests on me. I had a hernia removed the day before. I ran out of pain meds, and was in an intolerable amount of pain. I just felt really, really awful. So....they found my hemoglobin was at DANGEROUSLY low levels (in the 4s). I was transported by ambulance to TC, and admitted from Friday-Monday. Was actively passing a kidney stone that was 7mm, sat in the waiting room for over 4 hours all the while people were coming in getting seen, leaving, rinse and repeat
