Absolutely loved it. Great atmosphere, even better people. Walked into the shop and just felt welcomed. By far the best shop I've been to.
I can only say about the piercings I got my belly button pierced and it was infected with in half hour of the piercing

Sorry but a Piercing doesn't start getting infected within a half hour of getting done. If you had a reaction to the Piercing you should have contacted us immediately like our instructions said. Normally irritation and redness along with swelling is to be expected. This can be magnified by playing with the piercing.
Wish I could give more stars because five isn't enough. Went in for a small tribute tattoo and left out with just that and more. I now have a better outlook on what I thought was a dark situation.But I knew I was in good hands when the artist/owner started talking about God. Not only did he give me the tattoo I wanted,but he gave me a word from God. Best tattoo experience EVER!!
The person who pierced my cousin rushed through the entire process because he had somewhere to be after we waited almost two hours. She wanted her web pierced and the guy seemed completely clueless and could not pierce the place under her tongue correctly. After multiple tries the ring came out a good twenty minutes after she got it done. Instead of admitting that he could not do it correctly and offering a refund, my cousin now has a swollen tongue with a great possibility of infection.
