RUN, RUN, RUN far Away from this law firm. Attorney is VERY UNPROFESSIONAL AND RUDE! So, Now Lauren the attorney has billed me twice for the same services, and Refuses to return my 822.00 Refund. I have filed a complaint with the State, and she is Now under investigation for Misconduct. BAD BUSINESS!!

Stay away! I provided documentation that my signature was forged during an appraisal dispute scheduling. The 60 days is supposed to start upon receipt, not upon delivery. This led to me being 2 days late on an appraisal dispute in which she didn’t even allow the hearing to occur and she closed the case. She had the opportunity to be fair and impartial but chose to challenge me the entire time. Please hope you never get Lauren Cadillac as your arbitrator. I used their services in the past for an issue regarding an apartment issue which was completed swiftly & throughly. I had sought assistance for another issue by using the online form over 3 weeks ago and had an appointment set up at 1:30 today. We called prior to our appointment and the intern stated she had not put us on the calendar when it was confirmed over the phone and also confirmed over email.
