Dr. Lee is very patient and explains everything that you need to expect when wearing hearing aids for the first time. She will answer all questions you ask her.
Dr. Helen Lee was outstanding in being of assistance to me today when I needed help having lost a hearing aide when I was traveling. She went above and beyond in reaching out to the hearing aide company to help get for possibly getting a hearing aide shipped to me while visiting another state. In the end due to arrival dates possibly being beyond my stay I decided to wait till I arrived back home. I love this practice. Dr Lee is knowledgeable, kind and efficient. I felt like my hearing was in good hands! Much better to get your hearing aids here with an audiologist to guide you to the best one for your needs, rather than getting some on the internet.
I came in aprehensive and with lots of questions. No pressure, went though and interpreted my test results, explained everything, determined my needs, discused my options on hearing aids and pricing that best met my needs - no attempt to up-charge me into higher cost options, overall great people and experience. Really liked Dr Lee and Lisa, the office admistrator. I would highly recommend Cadenza Audiology.
The VA sent me here. Was a nice office, Dr was good and the girl out front was very nice.
