Loved here almost a year and half and loved it until They got rid of Melinda and changed management here. Since new management took over they claimed they would have the elevator fixed the next week very next week and it’s now over a month. This is place use to be so great.
UPDATE: Jose who works/runs the concierge desk in the main office is the best!! He's been here a little under 2 years and he's always so kind and friendly, and never fails to give you (and your pups if you have any) a warming welcome whenever you're going through the lobby! Moreover, he's efficient any time you leave any requests/notes for the office staff (both during and after normal office hours), making sure they get them asap. Do not rent here under any circumstances. As others have mentioned, the management has changed and it’s an absolute nightmare in every aspect. The new leasing agent is extremely rude and unprofessional. We’re owed several hundred dollars for the security deposit and have no way of getting through to anyone. The woman now working there claimed there was nothing she could do and hung up.
Don’t rent here. Unfortunately, a month after we moved in, they changed management companies to Styl. The access portals changed, they won’t use the credit card that the previous management company insisted we get, and whoever is at the front desk now is MEAN. also we were supposed to get a rent credit for signing which doesn’t seem to be carrying over. We’ve been here a month and love it! Melinda has been amazing. She was such a big part of us renting here. She is so wonderful to be around and we love seeing her every day she’s here! The building is great and we love our apartment. The EV chargers haven’t really worked since we moved in, but they assure us they are getting fixed.
