We stayed at the Water Way Motel in Wrightsville and it had problems. The window in the kitchen would not shut all the way. Floors were filthy( our socks were almost black on the bottom). No separate sink ( sink in kitchen, none in bathroom). Bathroom only a commode and shower/tub combo and very small. Shower curtain would fall.TV stopped working. BEWARE!!!! THIS company rented us a condo that had bad water smelling like fumes comming out of faucets and showers ! Called to complain told us to run water and open windows. After three hours we had to leave They never even bothered to call us back or reimburse our money awful awful service!!!! Do not rent from them
Very unprofessional!! If you don’t want someone’s business let them know so they can go elsewhere!! Ignoring phone calls ignoring text messages is so unprofessional!! I think you guys are borderline racist!! Thank God someone took me serious and I found a home!!

RecommendedThanks to Shelly and Luke for being so accommodating, plus very prompt on getting in touch with me which made a last minute weekend trip happen! We stayed at Waterway Lodge #115 which I will request again on our next visit, a perfect fit for a nice low key beach trip!
Ever had an ice cold drink served to you on a hot day under an umbrella by a puppy so cute you can't even either? Me neither but buying a house with Cadence Realty/Luke is that good. Refreshing to deal with someone cutting the crap and dealing it straight, honest, and real. Real Estate shouldn't be complicated. Rent or buy with Cadence.
You will meet no better guys than Luke and Jeff. Solid guys!
