Cadence bought out my son’s school about a year ago and have just terminated the director of 22 years without notice! Absolutely disgusting corporate action, and I would imagine the decision was made by someone in Utah who’s never even stepped foot in this school. She was an incredible dedicated employee and this termination shows the dark corporate entity that exists behind the shadows at any cadence location. We are Beyond Angry, and without her reinstatement expect your brand’s name to be dragged through the mud.
I cannot say enough wonderful things about the staff, the Director and Assistant Director and the center in Yorktown Heights, however, sadly, we were informed late yesterday evening the center will be closing in November. My child has been there since he was 6 months old and is now 5. To say we are devastated is an understatement. Cadence is giving the families and staff little time to figure out their next steps and the regional director, Tracy, has minimal suggestions. Stephanie at Cadence in Carrollton is a very INCOMPETENT DIRECTOR. She runs that place in such a horrible way and expects the staff to follow what is displayed as SUBPAR leadership. Documentation shows that she will do one thing and procrastination and anger because individuals quit causes here to act on a retaliatory way. She will be the reason this place will ends up in court. I just wish they cared more about their employees in their health benefits!
Our local childcare was bought out by this national chain. They close for Martin Luther King day, Presidents day, June teenth day and many more, this is ridiculous !!!! I now have to take and additional 2 weeks of time off work because they are closed. The staff at my location stayed the same and they are great so this is not towards then. This is directed at the corporate office!!!!
