They do not return calls. Their IT department has not responded to my child’s daycare and so the parents have been without video of our kids for 5 days now. Cadence is not returning calls to Watch Me Grow, Kidvision, or parents. This is unacceptable and shows very poor service and lack of care, especially when Cadence recently reduced the amount of days they provide they provide daycare coverage of our kids and increased our rates. Watch Me Grow ran much better before Cadence took over.

Horrible company. Never answers the phone. No return call backs when trying to resolve payroll and HR issues. Center director couldn’t be bothered to do her job. Legally doesn’t follow employee federal laws. Don’t work here or for their centers.

I cannot say enough wonderful things about the staff, the Director and Assistant Director and the center in Yorktown Heights, however, sadly, we were informed late yesterday evening the center will be closing in November. My child has been there since he was 6 months old and is now 5. To say we are devastated is an understatement. Cadence is giving the families and staff little time to figure out their next steps and the regional director, Tracy, has minimal suggestions.
