I came to open account. They don’t allow me to use the restroom. They told me to use the Restroom of Panera bread. I wonder how stingy they are. I am their customer, but they told me to use the restroom of other business. I know they do not have public restroom, but they should allow customers to use it. I bank with Chase, Wells Fargo, they usually allow customer to use their restroom.

Terrible experience. I was denied a cash withdrawal from this branch. The teller commented that ‘I was not a known customer”. I’m sorry do you know every customer of Cadence formerly bancorpsouth?? Customer in front of me had no issue withdrawing a similar amount of money. Manager would not come out and speak instead he had the teller communicate I was being denied a withdrawal from account that has no issues. Poor communication. Poor customer service. I cashed a check and they told me they didn't have any envelopes. When I closed my account they left it active and open for a month. I was charged an overdraft that I had to dispute in person at a different location. I do not recommend doing business with the Bartlett location.
