Horrible landscape design that makes the community spend more than what the budget is. These silly landscaped areas behind the homes are silly. If an Owner puts up a fence and now they can't see anything. I feel for the contractor who tries to service this property. Once that fence is up you can't get back there and who cares at this point its a waste of water and money to try and maintain.
Dr Horton not worthly as a builder.. neighborhood was ok. HOA didn’t do much. Be ware of the over grown trails,holes, and mold inside your home.
Nice homes. A good Home builder with a quality and well-built house
