Management refuses to enforce any community guidelines & then seemingly targets you for lease violations when you complain. There are dogs constantly off leash in the common areas, regular issues with receiving mail (it gets stolen or goes missing for days), and months of noisy neighbors (shaking the walls in the middle of the night) with no resolution despite video evidence and regular complaints. The worst apartment building I have ever had the displeasure of living in.
Apartment itself is nice but there are dogs(and a pig) constantly off leash in the common areas, regular issues with receiving mail, and months of noisy neighbors (shaking the TV loud) with no resolution despite video evidence and regular calls to the office. Dropped it back to one star as management refuses to enforce any community guidelines.
Being new to the Portland area, Cadence was a great find! Walking distance to Moda Center and a bar/food trucks right next door. The community and the staff (especially) were more than I could have expected. The amenities are excellent! From the gym space, roof top and courtyard there are plenty of spaces to enjoy. 10/10 would recommend!

Updated up from 1 star as the management does seem like they are trying to juggle a lot without support from corporate.
