Apartment itself is nice but there are dogs(and a pig) constantly off leash in the common areas, regular issues with receiving mail, and months of noisy neighbors (shaking the TV loud) with no resolution despite video evidence and regular calls to the office. Updated up from 1 star as the management does seem like they are trying to juggle a lot without support from corporate.

It's a good place to live. The last six months has been a vast improvement. The new team have made a lot of improvements and updates and maintenance are happening regularly. When things go down they do have a decent response time. The lease renewal process is a fairly easy process. Prices do go up every year so keep that in mind. But overall been here two years and the newer team has been pretty good.
