They are not honest. I have filed complaints against Cadence Academy with the BBB, Federal Trade Commission. Washington State Attorney General’s Office. For illegally charging my account over $3,000.00. My child has not attended this daycare in over 3 months. The Director Shelby Bridges admitted it was a mistake and cited Child Care Aware issues she was lying. I spoke to Child Carr Aware.
I can’t say enough good things about this place. The director truly cares about each and every student and supports the parents and children in every way possible. The teachers are some of the most professional I’ve experienced, and so humble and caring. All of them have gone out of their way to help me with my 3 kids that go there and they all offer me the support I need as well as my children so they can be the most successful they can be. Wonderful school and even more wonderful staff. Our kids have a great time and learn so much daily.
Teacher publicly posted and encouraging video to cause harm to the president... this certainly is not an example we should allow our children around!!!
