Extremely disappointed; our relator does an amazing job and told us we could sell our house for $102,000. We priced at $99,500 to sell quickly. We went under contract at $96,000. The appraiser (Fernando) appraised it at $83,000 then did not take ANY of the comps my realtor gave to him. He kept it at $83,000. VERY disappointed; would like to meet and see specifics as to why the new comps weren't accepted. .
