Good Luck! A lot of residents are leaving this property! No point of staying here for long time because you will end up paying a lot higher compared to the new tenants. By the way you guys need to sign your contract here yearly, if you dont, you will pay additional 200 to 300 dollars per month. They also charge 25 dollars for additional parking.
