Cadem Roofing does great work! Fareed Tulbah (owner), his team lead, Martin, and the entire team did a stellar job on replacing my roof! The team are all professional, knowledgeable, diligent, super hard-working, and communicated through each step. They pay attention to detail, and when completed, cleaned up very well. I had Fareed come by and look at my roof. The appointment was easy to set up and Fareed was on time. He basically said that I did not need to do anything. So while I did not use their services, it was refreshing to see their honesty. I will definitely consider them in the future.
I recently researched roofing companies to do what I hoped would just be a refurbish. I had chosen two companies to get bids from, but the process was so seamless with Caden roofing, that I decided to move forward without the 2nd bid. This included 1. Karen at the front office, 2. Fareed listening to my concerns inside my home, to the real time drone analysis and estimate, 3. the crew on the date of repair and 4. final photos and payment. Caden Roofing did an excellent job replacing my roof after it was damaged in a hailstorm. They are so knowledgeable with not only roofing but with the insurance process. I barely had to do anything, they took care of it all. Their customer service is spot on, they helped me choose a more updated shingle and included upgrades to make my roof more durable and safe.
