I thought I had a physical today only to be told it was a follow up and that I had a balance due.. If nothing else this practice is not going to allow you to have a balance! The same energy that is used to collect balances and copays should be the same energy when scheduling the appropriate appointment... Now in fairness Blue Cross Blue Shield will not pay for physical scheduled earlier than what it's supposed to be which is once a year, but be that as it may they should have caught this when they were scheduling my appointm... read more
