The Caddo is an ideal river for all levels of floating experience.The typical pool-and-drop river is gentle enough for novice paddlers yet with enough Class I and II rapids along the way to keep it exciting! ​ For over 30 years, our floaters have enjoyed the most convenient location on the Caddo River for check-in, parking, and access to the river. Stayed at the Bunkhouse. Very clean along with the the Bath house! Did not Canoe but planning Another trip! We went Rock hunting up at Miller Mountain this trip :) Thanks for the clean accommodations and friendly staff!
My family had a blast flipped once but staff helped us and I would tell u that kiyaks are better than canoes way faster

Absolutely one of our favorite family hi lights of our vacation! Family tradition!!!!
We had a blast! It was late in the season water was a little low but still fun. The staff was friendly and helpful. The cabin was clean and more than we expected felt like a home away from home. The town as a whole is very clean and everyone is very friendly. We will be back and recommend this to anyone looking for a relaxing get away!
I will be back, and hope to make this a yearly thing!

We do not expect our rental customers to cover the additional costs for those not renting anything but still using the properties.
