Worst place ever. Do not think even to come here. Today i bring my volvo vnl with dpf regen issue. Tech was drunk and spent my 7 hours there and at the end tech told me that he does not know whats happen and does not know what to do and gave me invoice for 1.5k for nothing. Literally for nothing. And wrote all fault codes to the invoice and said refused further diagnostics. How further diagnostics can be after 7 hours of diagnostics ?

🛑 HORRIBLE SERVICE AND DISHONEST STAFF! 🛑 Brought my truck to Southern Diesel Repair Greenville for a DEF pump issue, and the experience was absolutely terrible. 😤 TERRIBLE SERVICE, WORST EXPERIENCE EVER! 😤 I had a DEF pump issue with my Freightliner and came here for repairs. Big mistake! They claimed my DEF pump wasn’t working and said they had to replace it, but it was under warranty. They tried charging me $250 for the pump, but when I called the original shop, they said I shouldn’t pay a dime.
