Hiram was so knowledgeable about my piece and was able to help me troubleshoot a problem I was having with a tennis bracelet. We came up with a great plan together to not only replace a missing stone but get it resized. I got it back within a lightening fast turn around time and the bracelet looked better than when I first bought it. Will definitely do business with him again.
