I've gone to Hiram to repair and extend a bracelet before, and went back to resize and replace the stones in a ring. He kept me updated on the progress, and they turned out even better than expected. Would highly recommend for repair and any work on jewelry.

I was in a rush to get links removed from my watch and to have jewelry cleaned for an event happening in a few hours. I nearly missed out because the GPS took me HEB. I didn't realize that Cad Customs was inside. I met Hiram, and immediately, the quality experience began. He was the extreme professional and was very knowledgeable about jewelry. I was very satisfied with the service rendered and most definitely will return. I highly recommend Cad Customs for any jewelry needs.

Best overall experience I’ve had in quite a while. I came in at the last minute in a heated rush to have watch links removed. Hiram was personable, knowledgeable, and professional! The convenience of being inside HEB was a plus for me too. Definitely coming back soon.
