“4 month Casita build.. in its 8th month” ☹️ Photo 1- build site … awaiting County/HOA approval 9/10 … County/HOA permits approved. Photos 2,3,4 of Dog fence installed 🐕 🐕 .. ONWARD! 9/26 …. Bumps in the road causing delays/ hopefully Chad, our project manager will handle. Brandon replaces Chad. 11/5 … Mark , (a great guy is making an effort to keep his customer happy) he’s our 3rd Project Mgr. / mistakes found, delays have become the norm ….. it feels like we’re dead in the water ..now we wait 5 days for the Electrician. ... read more
