I somehow had a card & when I called with panic about flooding the receptionist somehow calmed my wife & I down while she explained the process & even gave us an estimated arrival time for the crew to show up. Jose was an angel & moved with such urgency to get us back to normal. Zarel was also quick & moved with purpose when he was at my home. We had a leak from a TV mount that caused water to leak throughout the walls, bathroom and bedroom. Cactus Wren Restoration arrived at our home in 25min to start drying the areas and start the restoration process. All the staff was kind and explained each step they have an amazing team put together! After the project was done you could not tell where the walls had to be cut out everything was painted and trim was reapplied leaving it seamless.
