My experience with Michelle Chavez was very disappointing. I had my appointment on 6/12/26. The appointment ended around 9:15pm, inside the salon my hair looked fine but when I got home in better lighting I noticed one side of my hair had significantly more highlights than the other, within 15 minutes of getting home from my appointment I messaged Michelle letting her know the issue. My hair is totally ruined! First appointment went great then completely downhill. I'm now stuck with orange and red highlights that should have been ash blonde. The back of my hair is dark with great highlights the front and top is orange and yellow blonde. I am on time good tipper and Loretta Otero totally had an attitude when I asked her to fix the first set of highlights. I went in today and now the hair is even worse! Got exactly what I wanted. Cute salon with a rustic comfortable feel. I most definitely will be back again!!! Michelle was awesome 👍😍love my new haircut 😁
Very nice people however disappointed on the Brazilian wax. Did not wax any of the inner back side (which is included in a Brazilian ).
