The worst I'm always calling all kinds of time of day no one answers. Maintenance never answers and always has an excuse that he is the only one working on 6 properties from socorro all the way to anthony. I moved in 4 years ago nothing has been fixed we haven't use a restroom for a while year because it doesn't get fixed. Some pipes broke leaked to the downstairs at entrance of door way and stairs they just came to paint nothing was replaced roof still leaks once in a while. The maintenance is the worst
Pathetic service, if you can even call it “service” been calling for days about my apartments having half power for the unit I live in, and nobody answers front desk or anything at all on their “24 hr emergency hotline”. My power is still out and I’m calling at 11:25 AM it’s not like they’re closed, absolutely nobody helps, this isn’t a surprise to me as they never do, even before a pandemic I would call to request maintenance for some damaged structure around the house and they only came once fixing things that needed no fi... read more
The worst !!!! Apartments ever ! Do not ! I repeat do not ! Apply ! They DO NOT FIX NOTHING ! The property management is very hard to get a hold of ! She does not do anything!! I DO NOT RECOMMEND !
