Updated 8/30/2025: the installer never showed up on Saturday and our installation almost didn’t happen again. So Mindy came from 2 hours away to fix the problem. This lady drove out to our house handed my wife a check also. She also said she would check on the installer and see why he never showed up. And next thing we know,this lady went and got a trailer and picked the unit up herself and took charge. And got another installer out and waited till they got here and started working! After going over our options, we decided on replacing our water heater. He worked efficiently, was very respectful of my home, and made sure everything was cleaned up before leaving.
