We had tried a DYI shower feature replacement and quickly realized we were in over our heads. Jeff was very professional and went the extra mile to correct our situation and replace our fixtures and shower plumbing. He even made the dog feel comfortable. Will definitely use Cactus plumbing again when we replace our water filter system soon.

I dont think I have ever had better customer service than what we got with Cactus. Mindy answered the phone and you can just feel her energy. She was patient in my chaos and calm and collected when I was losing myself because it was very HOT. We even used Cactus for another incident at a family members house. Overall very satisfied with the service we got and Austin the tech was great too!
