Price goes up ever year, while nothing is added, there is one table and grill on the entire property. No area for anything, can't have anything outside, not even a broom or mop. Owner claimed the complex was public property while having a private property sign, just next to her office. Parking is limited and most parking sports are reserved for residents, in a household of three, we were lucky to get one spot.
Don’t rent here they have mold they didn’t help at all they sent a repair man with no license so the mold had came back I got mold twice and they didn’t care about me and my family all they care about is the money my apartment was #16 so be careful who rents it, they didn’t fix nothing they never game me the results for anything so I had to call a professional spent 400 dollars they didn’t even give that back And management was bad they had my car towed they where never at the office they just don’t care at all no help whats... read more
