rushed service I dindn't like the manicure I got at Cactus Nails at all. Firstly, they took me 15 minutes after my scheduled appointment. Secondly, there was no place to sit! Thirdly, they kept telling me 'two more minutes, two more minutes'. Last - they rushed through the manicure, barely doing any filing at all. I was very unhappy with them.
I have used this facility under prior management for 10+ years. I have $60 in gift certificates received as gifts and attempted to use these gift certificates today. The new management will only honor 50% of the gift certificates. This seems unethical to me as they have received their money but will not honor these gift certificates in full. Will not return based on the lack of customer service received when presenting my gift certificates.
