Corey Bennett the owner of cactus Valley plumbing made us feel at ease after we called him for an emergency water heater leak at 1 AM and he immediately dispatched his technician Dennis to our home. Dennis stopped a leak not five minutes after arriving and proceeded replaced the damage supply line, thank you, cactus Valley, plumbing for being prompt, courteous, and professional Would give 10 stars if possible.
Dennis and his partner did an excellent job installing a tankless water heater in my home in Stanley. The work was very professional and the price came in under the initial quote. I would highly recommend their services.
My radiant floor heat went out and they charged me a large sum of money for components not used and installed incorrectly, they wired the boiler and thermostats wrong, the floor heat barely worked and my propane bills skyrocketed because my furnace had to work extra hard. When I confronted the owner he acknowledged the work but this licensed and bonded contractor, “lost” the work record. I had to pay $3000.00 dollars to fix all of the damage. No remorse. DO not use this company.
