I had a good experience purchasing a car. The salesman was kind and really gentle and helped me out. I really do appreciate that. Where is a woman going by yourself. But I feel like I made a good choice and the sales guy really. Helped me out and I wanna thank? You.
They sold us a Nissan Pathfinder knowing that it has a CVT transmission defect. They won’t take the car back or trade it they chose to ignore the fact that I am now paying on a car that we can’t drive. I will be filing a lawsuit. Shady business practices
My experience with Cactus Jack's on Camelback has been the worst experience. First all thier extended warranty is a joke. All repairs go to True Fix a mechanic shop that after having my truck for over 10 days never even looked at my issue or problem with my 2007 Ford F=150. When called at about 5 days into them having my truck stated that they had a couple vehicles in front of me b4 they got to mine. Very unprofessional management team at the location on Camelback, I was told 3 different prices on a vehicle by Nolan Mattand Izzy.. Had a deal for a vehicle but Matt and izzy denied the deal Nolan gave me that matt approved of, and they both started to point fingers instead working with me knowing the messed up and it was their fault... wheres the integrity of this company poor service poor communication and obviously know one here cares about customer service I will pay everyone 100.00 ea that stays away from this outfit
