I have been with Cactus insurance since its inception. I always had the best service with George. Unfortunately, I cannot say the same with Shaun. No return calls, I have tried to reach him repeatedly over the last several months to no avail. I have to call Travelers direct to get assistance. Going to change agencies and will be having my brother and daughters change as well.
Sean has been my agent forever. He does a great job and always responds quickly.
Terrible service they do not answer calls they do not return calls and they are not in their office office is close at regular hours I do not recommend this agency to anyone
