We just moved to GV and were referred to Cactus Heating & Cooling by one of our neighbors. I wanted to get the system checked, a price on a new unit (it’s still the original that’s 21 years old) along with the duct work in the attic inspected as I’m going to be blowing in new insulation and needed this done first. The tech came out and did a basic look over of the furnace and AC condenser running them both with meters but never cleaned the furnace. Wonderful company to do business with. They installed a new A/C unit in my home and it was defective. Instead of replacing the part that was bad they replaced the whole system with a different unit.
